Shannon Schultz is the owner and founder of Shannon Schultz Fitness and Powerhouse Pilates, offering private, duo, and small-group Pilates sessions using Balanced Body, Peak Pilates and GRATZ Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Tower, and Chair.
With over 25 years of teaching experience, Shannon works with both professional and student athletes, starting as young as 6 years old. She has extensive experience training clients of all levels across a wide range of sports, including baseball, football, soccer, dance, volleyball, swimming, diving, and more.
A former competitive athlete herself, Shannon trained in dance, swimming, diving, and track and field, giving her a deep understanding of the physical demands of high-level training and athletic performance.
Her background and expertise play a vital role in helping athletes recover from injury, maintain strength during rehabilitation, and continue progressing at the highest level of competition.
