Shannon Schultz, owner and founder of Powerhouse Pilates offers trio, duo and one-on-one private training sessions on Balanced Body and Peak Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Tower and Chair.
Shannon works with professional and student athletes as young as 8 years old and is experienced working with students of all levels and all sports such as baseball, football, soccer, dance, volleyball, swimming, diving and more. Growing up competing in dance, swimming, diving and track and field, her knowledge and experience play a vital role in helping competitive athletes of all ages heal from injuries, maintain strength during rehabilitation and continue to progress competing at the highest level.

Functional, Effective & Affordable
Small group Pilates classes are a great way for student athletes to do the necessary corrective exercises and functional movements that correct poor body mechanics and help reduce common injuries that most athletes experience from performing repetitious movements for hours every single day.
Regardless of our age, Pilates teaches us how to move and feel better, while maintaining and improving joint and spinal strength and mobility and muscular flexibility. All of these components go hand in hand and a proper weekly program should consistently focus on strength, mobility and flexility.
